Finding my way there from the Kiyomizudera-mae bus stop was not as easy as you’d think from a bus stop name “in front of Kiyomizudera”... You might observe that there’s only one other person going up the steps (besides me); the temple closes the latest of any Buddhist temple, and I took advantage of that to get there late. One nice perk: fewer people in your pictures.
