The upper pool is quite peaceful. It is also a great place to observe seepage cracks. Water soaks through the rock, building pressure as it goes deeper. Place where the rock cracks offer weak points where the water can seep out. The seepage cracks can easily be identified by the green ferns and ivy-type plants that are usually growing there.
