As you enter the narrow canyon, the desert quickly changes to green trees and the catci are replaced by ferns. The trail continues around some large boulders and arrives at this waterfall. The Chisos camp site pumps water several miles from a ways below the waterfall uphill to the Basin to provide water; you can see the pipe in various places along the path. I hope cameras get better dynamic range soon, because the bright rock and the dark shadows make it really hard not to either blow out the highlights or make the shadows invisible.
