The wash leads up two (dry) waterfalls. Look for cairns to show you the path. The path leads to the left on the first one and to the right on the second. Along the way, take a look at the rock layers, which are very interestings. There is an interesting kind of black rock (not shown here) that looks like coal but is rock. Everywhere the rock looks like it had a pretty tortured life, but it makes for some interesting hiking. The guide book says that “not even geologists have been able to figure out what happened here.”
